RESOLVED: Issues with IBM Message Hub service in US South region

  • Description
    The IBM Message Hub service in the US South region expenced an outage in its REST interface only. The Kafka service and protocol as well as the Admin REST API and Bluemix Console Web UI were operating normally at the time of the incident. The outage only affected users using the REST API for producing or consuming messages.

    The REST endpoint has been restored and the IBM Message Hub service is now fully operational. The duration of the issues was on September 29th between 07:38 and 08:09 UTC.
