    Some users may have experienced issues with Db2 (dashDB) service instances.   Scheduled maintenance to update the systems that provide the Db2 (dashDB) service ran longer than the planned maintenance window. (See https://console.bluemix.net/status/notification/ec21e5f68e8926714ea0b48e5280e79e?env_id=ibm%3Ayp%3Aus-south).

    The maintenance is now complete and access to the Db2 (dashDB) systems has been restored.   We apologize for the inconvenience.
