RESOLVED: Issues with staging Cloud Foundry applications in the US South region

    Users may have experienced intermittent temporary failures with staging new Cloud Foundry applications and with restaging/scaling-out existing ones in the US South public region.
    The Cloud Foundry applications running instances were not impacted.

    The problem occurred on November 3rd between 9:42 and 10:00 UTC.

    The operations team have identified and addressed the issue and is now monitoring the situation to continue to ensure stability.
