RESOLVED: Issues with uploading SSL certificates for custom domains in all public regions

    Some users may be experiencing issues when uploading SSL certificates for custom domains in all public regions due to the region switcher on the DOMAINS tab of the "Manage --> Account --> Cloud Foundry Orgs --> Edit Cloud Foundry Org" page is not being honored. Irrespective of regional selection a user makes from the UI drop down, the certificate will be uploaded to the region closest to the customer (US South for customers in North America, Sydney for customers in Asia, and United Kingdom for European customers).

    The Operations team is actively working on resolving the issue.

    UPDATE 2017-11-28 21:15 UTC: The issues have been solved as of 2017-11-27 at 22:00 UTC. Monitoring of the systems has shown stability since the resolution time.
