    Users may have briefly experienced some issues while accessing the Bluemix US-SOUTH region -- access to the console, CLI, some running applications and services.

    The disruption lasted approximately between 17:01 UTC and 17:08 UTC on 2017-09-21. The issue has been addressed; the Operations team is continuing to monitor to ensure stability.

    Update: There were some residual issues affecting only staging/starting of Cloud Foundry applications until approximately 17:33 UTC. The system has been stable since then and the issue is now completely resolved.
