RESOLVED: Issues accessing and managing Kubernetes clusters in US-South region

    Users may be experiencing issues when accessing or managing Kubernetes clusters using the Command Line and the IBM Cloud web console in US-South region.  Errors may include 'service unavailable' errors when working with existing clusters or when attempting to create new clusters.

    The operations team is aware of the issue and currently investigating.

    Update 2017-11-07 20:00:  IBM Container Service issues were resolved at 19:07 UTC.  Access and management of clusters is operating normally.
