RESOLVED: Intermittent login failures for newly created IBM Cloud accounts in all the public regions

    Users creating new IBM Cloud accounts may be experiencing intermittent issues when trying to login for the first time.

    The operations team is currently investigating the problem.

    If you are experiencing this kind of issue, please try to login again after some minutes.
    In the case of a persisting login problem please open a support request on
    http://ibm.biz/ibmcloudsupport by selecting Billing, Account or Login option.

    UPDATE 2017-11-16 at 04:55 UTC: the issues impacting login of newly created users have been mitigated and the systems are getting back to normal.
    Currently only newly created users accessing from Asia-Pacific geo could be still impacted by the login issues while newly created users from other geo aren't impacted anymore.
